With us, you order a tunnel, and the type doesn’t matter at the time of ordering. You can create it with any type and delete it as you wish from your dashboard!

No, all you need to do is choose your specifications and place the order! Everything else happens in your dashboard—you can provision your tunnels however you like!

Our approach differs slightly from others in the industry—everything is custom-made. Here are some quick explanations to guide you:
  • Subnet: A subnet is a subnetwork. When you want to use a /24, you can divide it, for example, into 2x /25. You can then send one /25 through one tunnel and the other through another.
  • Bridge: A bridge is a virtual switch where you can connect Layer 2 tunnels, such as EOIP & VXLAN.

That’s correct—you can’t add just any subnet. The only subnets you can add are those that have been whitelisted by us or "child" subnets of already whitelisted ones. To request whitelisting, simply contact us!
